Get Your 3D Scan to Treat Foot Pain, Plantar Fasciitis and Lower Back Pain with Custom Orthotics
There are 26 bones in the foot and each one is capable of causing foot pain. Millions of Americans each year complain of having pain in their feet or ankles. Your feet are the foundation of your entire body and have a direct impact on your spine. Stabilizing your posture will help relieve pain in your feet and can help decrease pain in the lower back and spine.
Common types of foot pain are:
Heel Pain: If pain is located in your heel then you may have a condition called plantar fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of tissue (fascia) that reaches from the heel to the toes. The tissue supports the muscles and arch of the foot. Proper orthotics can help alleviate and possibly eliminate this pain.
Ball of Foot Pain: Shoes that do not fit correctly often lead to pain the the ball of your foot. Strenuous activity can also be the cause of unusual stress brought on by activities such as running or jumping.
Arch Pain: Plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of pain in the heel or arch. It is important to see Dr. Freedman right away if you are feeling this type of pain for an extended period of time.
Toe Pain: Even though it may not always be the case, gout (a form of arthritis) can cause pain in the toes. Avoiding specific types of food, along with rest and ice, can help to alleviate the symptoms of gout.

We welcome new patients to Freedman Chiropractic for postural exams to determine their chiropractic needs. If you’ve never had your feet scanned, you probably don’t know what they are supposed to look like. This new technology provides insight into hidden structural imbalances that may not be apparent to standard evaluations.
Once you have been scanned, Dr. Freedman can discuss options to order your pair of customized orthotics. These orthotics are far superior to anything you would find at a general store and can help to alleviate foot, ankle and back pain effectively.
I’ve been going to chiropractors for years, but none of them came close to what Ken does. I was in extreme pain and had difficulty walking and riding my motorcycle. Ken would use his state of the art equipment and his over 30 years of training and knowledge to help me. I felt like I was his only patient. There never was a time issue. As long as I needed him was as long as he was willing to stay with me. He not only helped me get back on my motorcycle but balanced my body with orthotics. He also helped me lose weight through his ChiroTHIN program. I can’t say enough on how great Dr. Freedman is. If you have any kind of issues Ken listens and helps correct those issues. I highly recommend Dr. Freedman. Gerri B.
